Need To Keep a Daily Diary

I think i will have to keep a daily diary again as i keep forgetting things and can't remember things. I've racked my brains to try and make myself to remember, it drives me nuts that i can't. When i wrote in my daily diary before it was much easier and i was able to look up and write what i wanted to say on my blog. Sometimes i can remember then i can write it here without a diary...Grrr! it so frustrating at times, i think i will have to buy a notebook today to record my daily activities again, then i can pick and choose what i want to write here and i can then look it up and see what or when any situation happened. I have a diary with all my apps in and sometimes write how i'm feeling or what has happened, but my Diary is too small for what i need to write down daily.
I'm even worse when i'm asked anything by family or anyone really and sometimes i will look at a page on here or FB and my mind will not take it in what i'm looking at or reading, so i have leave it for a while.
I feel really strange when i'm like this, kind of vacant or lost feeling or not here or things are not registering in my mind, but everything is still going on around me, like i'm outside looking in, like a dream...strange!
I don't know if this makes any sence at all, but thats how everything feels like to me. Even now i'm trying to remember things, but it just won't happen at this time.
I keep forgetting to take my meds, but always remember to get "?" meds for him, so why not my own aye??? I've got 4 meds in the mornings 4 meds at night and thats without my eye drops and 4 times a day inhalers and pain killer tabs and creams throughout the day, i just can't keep up with it all.

Saturday, "?" stressed me out a bit although he was just messing about with me, but it brought on a a bad headache and confusion which i associate with Chiari, i think that might have contributed to the above and i was breathless too which could be associated with COPD. God, is there anything good about me??? Don't no-one answer that...ole! lol.
