Interflora

I paid Interflora to send some flowers to my cousin's husbands funeral, but the flowers didn't turn up at all. My cousin "V" and her niece looked at all the flowers and cards and my flowers were not delivered. So, i phoned Interflora and told them, they investigated it. The driver said he had delivered the flowers, but they were definitely not there. Anyway, Interflora phoned me back today and their going to return my money. The lady on the phone said they will send complimentary flowers to my cousin, but i said no, because if it was me, i don't think i would like it. My cousin is going through the process of slowly coming to terms with her loss, so i said no to the flowers.
I spoke to my cousin "V" yesterday and she seems to be holding up well, better than i thought i am pleased to say. She told me she is keeping busy going out with her friend and family shopping and havong morning coffee ect...and she will having a busy week this week, i am pleased she is keeping positive.
My cousin asked me to go and stay with her for a few days, i think i will  accept her offer once winter is out of the way. It will be lovely to spend some time with her. I can't wait to visit her, we have always been close when we were young and had quite a lot of laughs together.Yes, it will be nice to catch up on so many past years.
