Not much has happened since my last entry.
I ordered a new dining room suite, but sent it back as it was absolute rubbish, looks like i need to save more pennies and buy a better quaulity or buy second hand as there are normally some good quality ones for sale, i think i will look around before i decide.
I had workmen from our local council come to repair the outside pipe from my kitchen sink and fix a hole in the drain.
One of the work men made a sexist remark and was running the girl who supposedly put the order out for the work to be done. I looked at him and said, behave and he said sorry, that was a bit sexist wasn't it and i said, yes and told him it was a man who i reported the work too on the phone and no more was said on the subject and both men got on with the job in hand. He didn't know what to say when i said it was a man...lol
I hate people who try to put people down, esspecially women when it hasn't got anything to do with women.
I got a few things from Wilkinsons this morning. I met my daughters neighbor while i was there and we chatted for quite a while before "?" and my grandson caught up with me as they went else where before meeting up with me at the shop.
I keep having probs with my connections to the internet or maybe its my server sky.com
Each time i come on my laptop and try to get online, it seems to take ages to connect or it don't connect at all, to the internet i mean and i have to go through diagnostics each time.
Its been rather quite again. "A" hasn't been here for a couple of days or rang me. I always think somethings going on or something will happen soon where hes concerned. Well, as the saying goes, no news is good news.
