Last Thursday i tried to post an entry, but it failed and all that i had written was lost.
Wednesday, i got my shopping early at Morrisons as usual, but for the 3rd week there was no bread ready at the bakery. When i got home i phoned the shop to complain to the manager (didn't give my name) about there being no bread and the rolls were burned. The manager said that head office had given orders that the bread will be ready an hour after opening time. I said, what about the customers who do their shopping early? He said, well, they have to follow orders from head office and i said, never mind the head office, what about the customers don't they count any more? he said sorry, theres nothing i can do and i said, its effing disgusting and Morrisons must have too much money to care for their customers and i told him i was going to go to ASDAS to shop in future like some other customers have done. Anyway, when i went to do my shopping this morning the bread and rolls had been put on the shelves.
Tonight Sheila phoned (she works at Morrisons) to tell me her supervisor who was round at her house tonight as they are good friends told her that when she went to get the bread and rolls for the coffee shop they both work in, all the bread and rolls were out on the shelves waiting for her to pick up this morning too (the ones which was meant for the coffee shop too) so, they reckon my complaint was forwarded to head office.
Friday was my birthday. I had a lovely day, the evening was even better. I went out to dinner with "?" Steven, Sheila and Zoe to The Moby Dick pub and we chose our food from carvery. Steven and Zoe's eyes were bigger than their bellies...lol, we all had a wonderful time.
Steven has gone to stay at his mums for a week and will be back Easter Sunday evening.
I went along to my GP Friday morning to get my cholesterol results which were ok thank-goodness, but my blood-sugars were a bit high and it needs to come down more., so i will have to work on that.
