I can't believe it, I ordered my new mattress and thought to myself i'm not in any dept as such. Then i thought i would put some washing on and get them out to dry, the washing machine washed ok but, it did'nt spin dry and i could'nt open the door to take the washing out so, "?" took the top off and released the door from the inside for me.
"A" has been moved on to another prison again this week, hes in Liverpool now and he says theres some really rough poeple there and its worse than the ones hes been too previously and is counting the days for his release which is the 15th December. I received a letter from him this week and replied to it.
"?" has been having ups and downs this week. Hes finding projects to do around the house and is very anxious, i think this is the Bipola which makes him have to be doing things and this is'nt his real self if you know what i mean and he keeps coming over fatigued which is Angina. One minute hes as strong as a lion and the next as weak as a kitten and if you try to stop him from doing things he get agressive,so i just keep an eye on him. I think he might will breakdown one way or another.
All my dieting has gone up in the air again and my blood sugar has risen too, i was doing nicely at one point, but all this worry is'nt helping none...Well, no more news for now. Best wishes to all my online friends...Astra!

Orders,Age Concern and Jobs...
I just came online to check on a couple of orders i made to see where they've got to. My new mattress arrived yesterday which is really comfortable and i got a good nights sleep although i still toss and turn alot because of my aches and pains, but not so much last night i'm pleased to say probably because of this new mattress.
I only came online to check as to where a couple of orders have got to from my catalogue and they should be here soon. My daughter "SH" phoned me last night she said "Hello "S" This is "SH" from Age Concern" cheeky mare she is. She had been doing her charity work yesterday manning the phones at Age Concern ringing elderly people to check to see if they are ok or if they needed anything and just chattering to them generally. She was telling me that Age Concern might be closing through lack of funds as it is funded by the council. "SH" is still looking for a proper job.
"L" went along to the chemist and had to fill a form in and has to wait to be sent for an interview. I really hope she gets this job as it would really suit her down to the ground. She has put her name down for quite a few different kind of jobs and hav'nt heard from any of them.

Looking For Work...
Its about 8:30am and i'm waiting for my new mattress to arrive. So, i thought i would browse the Internet for a while before i do a bit of housework.
"A" phone last night. He said all charges have been dropped against him for the incident that happened a couple of days ago and he is still looking forward to coming home the middle of December now and in time for Christmas. I sent him some money to get by, but i was worried about the postal stike as to whether he would get it or not,anyway he told me he had received it and thanked me for it. He was telling me "E" and little Alfie won't be able to visit him where he is as its too far and she has'nt got the money to start off with although she would be reimbursed when she gets there. Money is too hard to come by to lend out and in hope of getting it back myself...if you know what i mean!
"SH" went for her interview yesterday,but it was only 12 hours and the hours are too short for her to get help with her rent ect...which is a shame as she was hoping to get that one as its near to home. It seems that she has to do 16 hours per week before she qualifies for help. She still has the charity work to do, but is also still looking for a job.
Yesterday, i told "L" about a driving job that is going and she went along to put her name down and is hoping to get it. The job is delivering prescriptions to patients and collections from other chemists which would suit her down to the ground and is 16 hours which would be ideal and she could also get help with her rent ect..."ST" saw this job advertised at our chemist.
I've been trying to lose some weight, i'm on the right track anyway and i hope to stay that way and my blood sugar is coming down too so i must be doing something right, but i'm finding it hard to exercise like i used to,but i'm doing a bit of what i CAN do. Its been difficult to put my mind on myself to help myself for quite sometime if you know what i mean. Well, thats all my news for now so i will leave it here and Best Wishes to all my online friends...Astra!
